E-Commerce Digital Marketing Manger

We are looking for a talented and passionate digital marketing manager to lead and grow our digital marketing and website.

About the role:

  • Ecommerce
    • o Ecommerce strategy – optimising website experience to meet business strategies and to align with branding.
    • o Content updates for new launches and promotions.
    • o Manage and organise online launch plans on time to ensure an effective launch.
    • o Monitor the visual merchandising online, delete product when out of stock or put on the waitlist for an upcoming launch date, upload content and write all new product descriptions.
    • o Manage operations with our fulfilment centre; work on new stock arriving in the warehouse, stocktakes and be aware of when stock levels are low.
    • o Create monthly reports and use data to gauge the business’s monthly performance which will then need to be shared across the team.
    • o Work closely with our web developer
  • Digital Marketing
  • o Collaborating daily with our digital ads manager to coordinate marketing strategy.
  • o Use reports provided from our Facebook Ads manager and translate this information into actionable digital marketing strategies.
    • o Provide relevant content for our Facebook Ads manager that will help create effective and engaging ads.
  • o Work with our head designer to develop a marketing schedule in-line with delivery dates, available content and current inventory levels. Important to ensure the brand’s brand aesthetic is effectively communicated through all digital platforms.
  • o Work with our PR and social media marketing employee on-brand weekly EDMs in line with the marketing calendar.
  • o Help create engaging content with our team that tells the brands ethos across all digital platforms that will be used in channels such as social media, website, EDMs.

About you:

  • You have a passion for e-commerce and online businesses
  • You are hungry and want to take a leading role in helping to grow an emerging fashion business
  • You have an appreciation for fashion, Avenue’s products and its market
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a digital role
